Louise is an account manager with responsibility for human rights, public health and social care. Initially joining Newsdirect in 2019, she first covered the education and skills sector before moving to a business and enterprise portfolio. In 2022 she spent some time living in southern Spain, but didn’t manage to get a tan.

Before joining Newsdirect, Louise studied politics and sociology at the University of Glasgow, going on to undertake a master’s in journalism at Edinburgh Napier University. In her free time, she enjoys some slow running and fast reading.
