Alex Myles is Head of Monitoring at Newsdirect Wales, ensuring clients receive timely and relevant updates and reports. He manages the team’s workload, assists account managers with bespoke research tasks and regularly leads both team and client meetings. He was previously account manager of our health portfolio.

Prior to joining Newsdirect, Alex studied at the University of Exeter where he was elected President of the Welsh Society. He later obtained a master’s degree in Magazine Journalism from Cardiff University. He has written for a variety of publications, including the Institute for Welsh Affairs. Outside of work, Alex spends too much time watching football and tweaking his Fantasy Premier League team. He enjoys long runs, volunteering and cooking overambitious meals.
