Eloise Richmond joined Newsdirect as a parliamentary reporter in 2022 and now leads our daily Westminster scan across committee and chamber proceedings. In this role she works closely with Newsdirect’s account managers, ensuring that our coverage across reserved and devolved issues in joined-up and comprehensive.

Eloise graduated from the University of Glasgow in June 2022 with a degree in Politics & Social and Public Policy. She has a keen interest in the policy-making process in Scotland and her final year dissertation examined the key actors in this process.

Outside of her job and interest in politics, Eloise watches an obscene number of murder documentaries and is an avid tea drinker. She also enjoys going out for good food and for a boogie with her friends.
